岗位要求：
大专以上学历，理工科专业
3年以上质量控制或产品检验工作经验
工作认真，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力
具有较强的沟通能力，问题分析和处理的能力
熟悉ISO/TS******要求
熟悉APQP，PPAP，MSA，SPC，FMEA，8D问题解决方法
熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件
Requirement
associate college or above degree, major in science or engineering
at least 3 years quality control or product inspection work experience
enthusiastic, responsible and can work under high pressure
good ability of coordination, problem analysis and resolving
be familiar with the ISO/TS******
be familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and 8D method
skilled in using the OFFICE software for business

岗位职责：
参与新产品开发的APQP控制，负责新产品PPAP文件包的整理；
采用8D的方法，负责顾客抱怨处理；
负责收集和更新顾客特殊要求，确保在产品实现和交付过程中所有顾客的需求均得到了识别和落实；
协助质量经理维护文件化的质量管理体系，确保系统有效运行；
负责文件和记录相关的工作；
协助质量经理组织和实施公司内部审核时有效的整改和关闭；
协助质量经理接待顾客，第三方的审核，并跟踪相关问题得到及时有效的关闭；
协助质量经理监控和报告质量管理体系的运行状况，对于发现的偏出，出具整改要求并跟踪纠正与预防措施的实施情况

Responsibility
Participate the APQP control team, and prepare PPAP documents to get customers’ approval
Responsible for customer claims handling by using 8D method
Responsible for the customer special requirement identification and updating, make sure that all customers’ special requirements have been met during the whole product realization and delivery process.
Assist the Quality Manager to keep the documented management system runs effectively
Responsible for organization of the document and record management related work
Assist the Quality Manager to organize and implement the internal audit
Responsible for the customer and third party audits, and follow up the action plans, ensure that all deviations be closed timely and effectively
Assistant the Quality Manager monitor and report the performance of the quality management system, request and follow up the correction and preventive actions for the detected deviations
