1、根据机加工图纸对来料进行检验，记录并开具检验报告，对有问题的来料及时反馈给采购；
2、精通各种检验工具，并按操作规范正确的熟练使用，定期维护检验工具，各种器具规范管理；
3、定期归档检验图纸及检验报告，以便后期有据可查；
4、因检验工作较少需***仓库管理、负责仓库的来料入库领料，安全库存及退换货处理等；
任职要求：
1、中专或高中以上学历，至少1年以上工作经验；
2、有较强的工作责任心和抗压能力；
3、非标行业优先。

岗位职责：1. Familiar with the testing standard of paint & coating, with testing experience.熟悉并掌握油漆、涂料的检验标准，有一定的检验经验2. Perform all physical testing on paint products and adjust accordingly;对涂料产品进行物理测试，并进行相应的调整3. Understand basic theories of color matching, and shade color to standard if needed;了解配色的基本原理，在需要时进行颜色调整4. Maintain a clean work area, including common lab area and own bench;有良好的工作习惯，保持工作区域（包括公用以及个人实验区域）干净5. Prepare COA for customer and make sample panels, skilled at spray.能制作样板，有一定的喷涂技能，准备COA 要求: 1. Be able to tell color differences能辨别色差2. Self-motivated with minimum supervision;能在极少的监督和管理下自我激励3. Willing to work any shift, including 3rd shift;能在任何时间工作，包括夜班4.
