主要职责
接听******神州行人工热线,负责各种电子渠道(包括热线、网上客服、短信、彩信、IVR、电子邮件等)的客户咨询和业务办理,为客户提供标准服务; 负责各电子渠道客户投诉的受理,协助相关部门开展投诉处理工作;协助收集客户需求信息,解答客户疑难问题,对服务工作提出改进意见。
职位要求
1、中专及以上学历,专业、性别不限;
2、熟练使用电脑操作系统及office办公软件;
3、普通话标准,吐字清晰流畅,具有良好的沟通能力;
4、身体素质良好,能吃苦耐劳;
5、欢迎2014届应届毕业生选择此岗位实习。
薪酬待遇
1、培训期两个月,综合月薪约2000元/月。转正后扣除五险一金后的综合月薪2******元/月(不包含过节费和劳动竞赛奖、超质奖金及其他福利),如安排员工加班,则按照国家劳动法规规定给予加班费。入职签订劳动合同即购买社保(医保为综合医疗保险)和住房公积金;
2、实习生未取得毕业证前,签订社会体验协议,试用期两个月,综合月薪2000元/月; 通过试用期考核,综合月薪2******元/月;
3、工作时间:8:00-22:00之间按照排班更次工作,采用综合工时制;
4、入职后可提供住宿或住房补贴,有班车;
