1. Continuous improvements on production equipment capacity in terms of automation.2. Working with IE engineers on machine modification/ improvements in order to apply lean principles3. Resolving the production equipment problem. Analyze and reduce the production equipment broken down time. 4. Issue the automation on standard for new equipment.5. Validate automation programs for new equipment.6. Bachelor degree or above with 5 years' experience in MNC
