To sale company own complete home elevator products and to develop customers in domestics field even oversea field.
销售公司自有产品之家用电梯并开发国内外客户
Mainly Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Doing home lift market analyst 做家用电梯市场分析
Gather home lift information of competitors; 收集竞争对手之家用电梯信息
Summary of given quotations status (follow up) 概括报价状态（跟进）
Organize and run sales trips; 组织计划商务出差
Search for distributors data in each province and cities; 搜寻各个省市的分销数据
Pre and after sales support to customers; 售前售后客户服务
Coordinate with logistics and other department to make delivery on time; 与物流及其他相关部门协调确保按时交货
Provide customer consultative service; 提供客户咨询服务
Forward inquiries from abroad to sales people involved; 转达询价信息给国外相关销售人员
Discuss and agree agent policy agreements; 与代理商就协议政策达成一致
Research of any updats in Chinese lift standards and rules; 更新中国电梯标准及法规
Be responsible to collect all relevant paperwork for every lift order; 负责收集每个电梯订单相关的所有文件
Coordinate with translation team to translate all the materials and brochure needed; 必要时与翻译团队协作翻译材料和宣传册
Coordinate with other departments to prepare type test or any other certification needed; 与相关部门协调准备形式测试或任何必要的证书
Continuous training in technical lift matters; 继续接受电梯技术培训
Quotation preparation; 准备报价
Running the lift ordering procedure; 运行电梯订单流程
Writing reports for every sales activity(weekly); 做销售报表（每周）
To assist manager with other jobs. 协助经理处理其他交办的事项
Requirements 任职要求
College or above degree; 大专或以上学历
Have relevant previous work experience in lift company is prefered; 有电梯行业相关工作经验者优先
Lift standard knowledge,with technical knowledge is prefered; 有电梯基础知识，有技术背景者优先
Requirement for travelling; 要求出差
With good communication skills both in English and Chinese; 中英文流利
Have good presentation skills; 有良好的演讲技能
Confident enough with strong ambition in selling products; 对销售的产品有足够的自信度
Open mind, smart, willing to learn and willing to grow with the company to have good marketing. 有开放的心态，聪明，愿意学习，愿意与公司共同成长创建市场
