Requirement 要求：
1.Above Bachelors degree with mechanical/Automotive Engineering/Industrial Engineering background
本科以上，机械，汽车工程，工业工程相关背景；
2.Good skill of write and speak in English or Germany;
良好的英语或德语的读写能力；
3.More than 3 years’ experience in design field, work experience in Automotive field is preferred.
汽车行业3年以上设计经验；
4.knowledge of 3D and 2D Drawing , familiar with software such as Auto CAD, CATIA V4/V5, UG;
三维和二维图纸的知识，精通Auto CAD, CATIA V4/V5, UG等设计软件；
5.Understand Design Develop documents and tools, for example: D-BOM. D-FMEA, DVP, GDT,PDM, etc.;
了解相关设计开发文件和工具：D-BOM, D-FMEA, DVP, GDT, PDM等；
6.Be able to work under pressure;
有抗压能力；
7.Positive working attitude;
工作积极主动；
8.Well communication skill;
良好的沟通能力；
9.Skill of analysis and solve problems.

Key Accountabilities 主要职责：
1.Carry out necessary DD work assigned by Project Manager/Design Supervisor with the CAD System;
基于项目经理/设计主管的安排，能使用CAD工具完成设计开发任务；
2.Create and update necessary design develop documents internally, for example: D-BOM. D-FMEA, DVP, Tolerance Study, etc.
创建和更新必要的设计开发文件，如：D-BOM. D-FMEA, DVP, 公差分析等；
3.Consider the BOS internal and customer given DD Standards for his/her work. The drawings he/she creates have to fulfill BOS internal and customer given standards;
在工作中执行BOS内部标准和客户的设计开发规范，所设计的图纸必须符合BOS和客户的标准；
4.Study and solve basically Issues from design to production;
能分析和解决从设计到生产中的基本问题；
5.Make sure that the data received from customers are most up to date;
维护收到的客户数据，并保证其及时更新；
6.Carry out the Engineering changes after release (from the customer or internal). Maintenance ECO and drawing system according to the engineer change procedures;
负责在数据冻结后的工程更改(来自客户或内部)，依据工程更改的流程维护ECO和图纸系统
7.Take part in Design tasks of supporting projects from other Units;
参与来自其他设计团队的支持项目需要的设计工作；
8.the exchange of technical information related to the projects and communication with the customers.
客户之间相关技术信息的交流及项目的沟通；
9.Coordinate to arrange and prepare customer’s visits and audit from technical wise;
协助准备，安排客拜访及技术方面审核；
10.Coordinate to implement project management according to the BOS PEP+ from technical wise;
根据BOS项目管理的流程，从技术角度协助项目执行；
11.Support to supervise and assist project sub-supplier’s development and control from technical wise;
从技术角度支持监督及协助项目分供方的开发与控制；
12.Support to supervise and handle the technical issue of product quality after SOP and achieve customer’s requirement in PPM;
支持监督项目量产后的产品技术相关的质量并达到客户的PPM要求；
13.Any other works assigned by supervisors.
