assist supervisor to recruit talent through all kinds of channel and do reference check;
training
perform training needs investigation, initiate training goal, make training plan and follow its execution;do orientation and trace performance of employees with probation period;
assist HR Manager to establish, maintain and improve HR system,formulate JD,IPE,performance review etc.
