具体岗位描述：

Bachelor degree or above, major in casting and mould design, min. 5 years working experience in Automobile industry with casting mould debugging

本科及以上学历，铸造及模具设计专业， 5年以上汽车铸造模具调试经验

Be familiar with mould drawings, have a deeper understanding about the structure of the mold, be able to adjust mould according to the measurement report independently, and put forward constructive suggestions to method and drawings

熟悉模具图纸，对模具的结构有较深的了解，能根据测量报告独立判断、调整模具，并对工法、设计图纸提出建设性的意见

Have experience in design, skillfully use AUTO - CAD, UG and other design software

有设计经验，熟练运用AUTO-CAD，UG等设计软件

Bear hardships and stand hard work, adapt to the circumstance of production field, has good management skills, communication skills and problem solving ability

能吃苦耐劳,适应生产现场工作，具有良好的管理技巧，沟通能力和解决问题能力

Good team work spirit and positive work attitude;

良好的团队合作精神和积极进取的工作态度

Familiar with computer and Office software

熟悉运用电脑及Office办公软件

English communication skills both speaking and writing

Responsible/ Efforts/ Working Conditions职责和工作条件:



Analyze and verify the mould design by customers and suppliers by AutoCAD

使用CAD来分析和验证客户以及供应商的模具设计

Size analysis, responsible for the progress of the die-casting die and trimming die to meet the needs of the customer PPAP

进行尺寸分析，负责压铸模和切边模的进展来满足客户PPAP的需要

Design and maintenance of the injection side and die and mould components of die casting machine properly(injection cylinder, plunger)

恰当地设计和维护压铸机压射端和合模端模具组件（压射料缸，顶杆）

Hold a meeting for last off part

召开末件会议

Formulate preventive maintenance plan for various mold according to the forecast of annual customer production, and be responsible for tracking the implementation

按全年客户生产预测制定各级模具预防性维护计划，并负责跟踪实施

Summary a series of sudden failure experience in the production process, formulate continuous improvement plan, and emphatically in the new project acceptance

对生产过程中所发生的一系列突发性故障进行经验总结，制定持续改进计划，并在新项目验收中着重体现

Be responsible for debugging and acceptance of new project mold, participate in the development of die debugging scheme, as well as the progress and quality control

负责新项目模具的调试与验收，参与模具调试方案的制定，以及进度和质量的控制

Process improvement was carried out on the mould at present stage, and molding process improvement, etc

对现阶段模具进行工艺改进、模具成型工艺的改善等

Mold spare parts list making, application, tracking, and quality validation and use management

模具备件清单的制作，申请，跟踪，以及备件质量的验证和使用管理.
