职位要求

具体岗位描述：

Bachelor degree or above, major in casting, mechanical manufacturing and tooling design or equivalent;

本科（含）以上学历，铸造、机械制造或相关专业

Min. 3 years working experience in casting process related, be familiar with CAD software

三年以上铸造相关工作经历，熟练使用相关CAD软件

Be familiar with GD

精通形位公差及工程制图

Be familiar casting process and the solution of common defects

熟悉铸铝工艺及常见产品缺陷的解决方法

Good teamwork spirit and positive work attitude

良好的团队合作精神和积极进取的工作态度

Excellent computer skills and MS office

熟悉运用电脑及Office办公软件

English communication skills both speaking and writing

良好的英语口语能力及书写能力



Responsible/ Efforts/ Working Conditions职责和工作条件:



Automotive casting process analysis of product, price and tooling

对汽车铸造件进行工艺分析，对产品以及模具进行估价

Participate in tooling scheme audit and tooling inspection work

参与模具方案审核以及模具验收工作

Monitor and record the process, process changes and solve the problem of process

监控和记录工艺，工艺变更，解决工艺问题的方法

Collect data, monitor and record the existing technological parameters to ensure compliance with technical requirements

收集数据，监控，记录现有的工艺参数以确保符合工艺要求

Test and measurement according to the requirement of quality

根据要求进行质量测试和测量

Carry out improvement on the existing process, improve the utilization rate of machine tools and reduce scrap rate, etc.)

对现有工艺进行持续改进（提高机床利用率，降低废品率等）

With the relevant parts of the product engineer production process and delivery schedule to monitor

配合产品工程师对相关零件的生产过程和交货进度实施监控

At start of a project stage, to tooling supplier risk assessment

在项目开始阶段、对模具供应商风险评估

Coordinate to solve the problems of the products and mould, and relevant problems

协调解决产品和模具方面的问题、以及相关问题

Work out related process documents

编制相关工艺文件

Work within the guidelines of the Cosma China Associate Handbook

根据公司员工手册的内容,去开展工作
