Reviews and does follow up for matters arising in the Club Millesime logbook, note down update as well to share with next shift.

Check the daily Arrival List, Special Arrival List for VIPs, repeat guests and FITs.

熟悉每日客人预抵名单，尤其是VIP,常住客和散客。

Ensure that all reserved rooms’ registration cards have been printed correctly.

确保所有已预订的房间都正确地打印好了“入住登记单”。

To be responsible for the preparation of all the necessary materials for VIPs’ check-in (i.e. Registration Card, Welcome Folder, and Keys etc.) before arrival.

负责为预抵VIP提前准备好必须的入住登记资料：登记表、欢迎夹、房卡等）。

Ensure all daily inventory check conducts strictly (beverage check, operation equipment check etc.) and make records clearly.

严格做好酒水及日常器具的盘点，并详细、清楚的做好记录。
