Position Specification: Electrical components and electrical sub-system design; system integration design and system commissioning for the new development; Basic Accountabilities: Responsible for the new product design for the elevator which include junction box, PRS(position reference system),emergency power system, intercom system, etc; Optimize the design for the existing components and products;System integration design:---System integration design includes the global components integration application, such as controller, door operator, drive and PRS;---Prepare engineering design documents including design requirements, power distribution calculation for the system, voltage drop calculation on the cables, etc.---Responsible for the wiring diagram design for the new elevator system;---Wiring system design for the elevator system according to the wiring diagram;Responsible for designing  the documents required by PDP to ensure the milestone of the project;Responsible for designing commissioning procedure manual and other relative technical documents required for the service and installation;Responsible for system commissioning, support test engineer  during system test;Root cause analysis, Mistake Proofing and corrective actions for field turn-backs and escapes caused by design, selection and qualification errors.Quality of the designs, drawings and documentation;Implementation of Otis Engineering design standards, guidelines and standard work during design;Product support for the field and the market; Key Measurements: Deliver component/sub-system designs that meet the targets of requirements, quality and cost.Quality of design and execution based on design mistake metrics resulting in turn-backs in design release and escapes to manufacturing and the field.Application of Otis design standards, guidelines, standard works and codes.Rapid resolution of turn-backs and escapes and Mistake Proofing. Principle Working Relations:SIT, Marketing, Sales, Contract, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality Qualification Requirement:Education: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Electrical EngineeringExperience:B.Sc.:  4 years of related experience in electrical product development.M.Sc.: 3 years of related experience in electrical product development.Language: CET-4 and above. Good in read, written and spoken English;Familiar with the application of the low-voltage electrical device includes air-switch, relay, contactor, etcComputer Skills: experienced on AutoCAD, MS Office.Good interpersonal and communications skills.
