职位描述:
Main Responsibility:1. Evaluate business requirement and propose best fit solution.2. Working with Procurement to manage bidding process.3. Acquire efficient and cost effective solution and software.4. Oversee project implementation stream.5. Prioritise and assign work to the team.6. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.7. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.8. Propose & manage IT budget and report on expenditure.9. Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.10. Manage internal team and vendor to provide support and continuous improvement on the implemented system.11. Provide leadership to the team and drive talent development.12.
