Facilitate the turnover of systems from erection to commissioning and from commissioning to the customer in accordance with current procedure/work instruction by arrangement with the COM LE.
Perform commissioning according to the specifications and engineering documents, taking into account the safety instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations.
Ensure that the engineering department is involved in handling technical problems and decisions by arrangement with the COM LE.
Ensure the commissioning, operation, quality record and feedback documentation are issued.

Ensure that commercial and technical deviations are reported with a corresponding non-conformance report (NCR) and that the same are followed up until their completion by arrangement with the COM LE.

Maintain logbooks to record commissioning and operational events as specified in the work instructions by arrangement with the COM LE.
Advise the COM LE of any information that could influence the commissioning time schedule and/or the commissioning staff planning.
Manage, assess, supervise and co-ordinate personnel assigned to him/her.
Manage the handling and inspection of the commissioning **** equipment.
Support and train other COM ENG’s assigned to him/her.
Participate in site meetings by arrangement with the COM LE.
Train the customer staff in operation and maintenance as instructed by the COM LE.
Check the time sheets of the personnel assigned to him/her and forward the same to the COM LE.
Work off the open item lists of systems under his/her responsibility by arrangement with the COM LE.
Organise the return of all commissioning **** equipment as soon as possible by arrangement with the COM LE.
Provide information to the COM LE for reporting purposes.
Provide, by assignment completion, a Field Service Report and forward the same to the COMM and COM LE.
Provide, on request, technical experience feedback to project engineering departments during debriefing meeting(s) to be organised by the project.

Requirements：

Responsibilities：
To diligently and professionally manage the consolidated financial accounts of the responsible projects (full scope) in execution and until FAC or formalized handover, and supporting the Project Director/Manager (and other project functions) as the finance partner. 
Coordinate and effectively manage all internal (ALSTOM) financial interfaces on the project such as Site/Local office and ALSTOM participating Units.
Report control deficiencies to the Functional Finance Manager.
Accurate and timely production and consolidation of project financial statements

Cash Flow and Revenue/Margin management
Have at all times full knowledge of all financial movements in regards revenue and cash, and ensure that such information is consistent and reconciled on a regular basis in the ERP systems.
Define the revenue milestones at project inception, invoice milestones and progress payments, consolidate, validate and forecast milestones to ensure consistent consolidated revenue recognition.
Manage the issuance, reduction, recovery and cancellation of bonds and guarantees issued by Alstom to the client.
Provide support for accurate claim compilation and ensuring total consistency of all internal and external claims in the project financials.

Process Management
Have a clear understanding of the following project documents and systems and actively manage any financial implications arising from them.
Ensure that all financial processes and internal controls, including DoA, are implemented, robust and compliant.
Ensure reconciliation between project books and local statutory books in coordination with the local legal entity Unit Finance Director or Country Finance Director.
Review project finance specific internal controls, specifically on site and in local offices, with a formal review of controls and project balances every three months.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure consistent accounting (margin recognition) and reporting across the project.
Implement the controlling tools used within the reporting unit. 

Project Controlling
Take overall responsibility of all financial issues on the project, from pre-contract award, to contract close (handover to Power Service or FAC or latter as applicable).
Ensure the adequate establishment of the onshore project in conjunction with the relevant Head of Project Controlling and local reporting unit finance team.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements
* University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Senior Expert Erection of large Turbo sets 
* Strong applied knowledge of power plants systems and processes
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in site construction execution
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a field services leadership roles
* Ability to set realistic objectives, accurately appraise situations, detect risks and issues, and collaborate with GE internal teams and customer to find win-win solutions when issues arise

岗位职责：
Key Responsibility:
Be responsible for the technical tendering for the 600MW and 1000MW and export turbine / generator products for the assigned projects including: technical RLF, technical Tender Document (technical descriptions data sheet, comments to the technical specification, performance ). 
-Support sales for the assigned projects both during pre-acquisition and tender phase and customer visits for promotion and technical contract negotiation.
-Finalizes configuration for the project assigned and drives the competitive position being responsible for achieving the optimum and costs for the assigned project .
-Collect and feedback data related to the assigned projects to Tender management. 
-Develop specialization within tendering team, HEX , Thermal Calculation, Third party costing, I & C etc.
-Others assigned by line manager.

Requirement 
Bachelor degree and related knowledge in steam turbine / generator / Mechanical Engineering.
3 years minimum experience as Tendering Engineer or Sales.
Fluent English / Chinese 
Be familiar with Chinese tendering process for steam turbines and turbo generator
Be familiar with Power Generation business

Accountable for aggressively leading commercial growth and achieving all financial targets for designated customers or regions

Owns focused campaigns based on broader market opportunities, drives overall profitable growth strategy (quarter, year, multi-year), and contributes into definition and introduction strategy for new offerings

Generate and maintain sales project winning strategy & capture plan, based on Steam Power Systems’ differentiators and value proposition

Promote/sell capture strategy to both external (end-user, developer, EPC-contractor, partner, consultant) and internal stakeholders (SPS Sales, SPS Projects/Product lines, Strategic Accounts)

Lead and drive tender capture team to consolidate offer in line with capture strategy and negotiate deal with strong terms for Steam Power Systems

Consistent client engagement so to ensure proper information flow and transparency between all parties

Cooperates with the Strategic Accounts Leaders to drive customer intimacy with all key decision makers and influencers, mapping and strategy development for a given transactions or campaigns. 

Aligns with Sales leaders in other regions to ensure proper coverage of all projects stakeholders (developers, EPC contractors, end users) having decision centers outside of his / her region.

Accountable for quarterly commercial reporting (budget vs forecast vs actual) and pacing.

Acts with absolute integrity and full adherence to the ethics and compliance rules.

At least 7 years of sales/commercial experience, of which at least 3 must be in the power generation industry in designated regional market space

Strong track record of sales results and sales leadership results

Ability to influence cross-functional business teams to embrace and drive sales strategy and growth in the region,

Proven successes in managing complex sales projects and implement appropriate partnerships with a vast spread of stakeholders, both within and outside the region. 

Deep knowledge of global and regional market economics and competitive issues, project development and financing

Success in developing influential customer relationships; viewed as a trusted advisor

Passion for customer success: demonstrated collaboration skills with track record of co-creation of new customer-oriented solutions to meet customer needs
